Adding image galleries inside your Joomla! articles has never been easier!

Using the "Simple Image Gallery PRO" plugin from JoomlaWorks you can quickly display a folder of images within Joomla! as a stylish image gallery within any article.

Use for example {gallery}myphotos{/gallery} inside the article in which you want to display an image gallery of photos uploaded to the folder "myphotos". The plugin will then "automagically" present this folder as an image gallery, in a stylish thumbnail grid with "lightbox" like popups to showcase the original images, when users click on the thumbnails!

"Simple Image Gallery PRO" is a commercial plugin developed by JoomlaWorks. Purchase your copy now for just 12 Euros and receive lifetime upgrades for free!

SuperBlogger is a new powerful plugin adding blogging functionality to Joomla! 1.5 articles. The plugin integrates popular services like Disqus.com (for comments) and Twitter, along with commonly used blogging tools like tagging, rating, bookmarking and social media sharing. Add to that MVC template overrides and the ability to process images server-side and you got a real Wordpress contender, if not better in some areas! SuperBlogger's features can easily be set in the plugin's parameters, so you can choose which elements you want to make use of in your Joomla! website.

Adding image galleries inside your Joomla! articles (content items) is now super-easy and simple with the free "Simple Image Gallery" Plugin from JoomlaWorks.

Just add for example {gallery}myphotos{/gallery} inside any article and all images existing in the folder "myphotos" will be "automagically" presented as an image gallery, with stylish shadows on each thumbnail and "lightbox" popups to display the original images (when the user clicks on a thumbnail)! The thumbnails are generated on the fly using PHP, which means that the original images are resized and resampled, too!

K2 is the popular powerful content component for Joomla! with CCK-like features developed by JoomlaWorks, makers of fine Joomla! extensions since 2006.

It provides an out-of-the box integrated solution featuring rich content forms for items (think of Joomla! articles with additional fields for article images, videos, image galleries and attachments), nested-level categories, tags, comments, a system to extend the item base form with additional fields (similar to CCK for those acquainted with Drupal), a powerful plugin API to extend item, category and user forms, ACL, frontend editing, sub-templates and a lot more!

Using K2, you can transform your Joomla! website to a news/magazine site with author blogs, product catalogs, work portfolio, knowledge base, download/document manager, directory listing, event listing and more, all this bundled under one package! Since K2 is extensible with additional fields to its base item form, you can easily create category-specific content types, e.g. article, blog post, product page, directory listing.
